Justin Gonzalez
Moved to Florida in 2009 where he held a management position for several years at the Straz Center for Performing Arts in Tampa. In 2012, Justin transitioned his career to property management and relocated to Sarasota. Since then, he has managed upscale condominiums and large Homeowners Associations, and served as a Director of Community Association Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and is also a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). With his expertise and dedication, Justin raises the standard of service for community association management. Justin and his wife Alicia have two beautiful daughters together.
Kevin Wiegand
A Sarasota native, Kevin Wiegand brings over 17 years of deep expertise across residential property management, real estate sales, and high-end hospitality.
Kevin began his real estate career in 2005 before refining his approach to service excellence within operations management at The Ritz-Carlton. In 2009, he combined this commitment to luxury-level service with his passion for real estate, specializing in community association management for condominiums and HOAs across Siesta Key, Lido Key, and the greater Sarasota area.
Coming from a family with a 50-year legacy of small business ownership and entrepreneurship in Sarasota, Kevin is deeply rooted in the local community, where he and his wife, Alissa, are proud to raise their children.

With over 20 years of experience in Residential Property Management Accounting, Cheryl has expert knowledge in budget preparation, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, accounts payables/receivables, and GAAP. When asked what she enjoys most about working in Property Management, Cheryl stated “I enjoy the personal interactions with Board members.”

Pam Hendrickson is a seasoned financial leader with extensive experience in commercial property management, community association accounting, and sports franchise administration. She spent a decade as Vice President of Accounting at a property management firm in Osprey, Florida, directing a team of 11 personnel and managing financial operations for 150 associations. Pam holds a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Vincennes University,
Allyson Piszcz
Allyson Piszcz, Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM), has a strong background in legal compliance, operational management, and client relations. As a Licensed Florida CAM holding an A.S. in Paralegal Studies, and a active Notary Public commission, she excels at administrative precision and organizational excellence. Determination, Focus, and Fortitude
Justin and Kevin met while competing in bagpipes throughout the USA. This brought them together, successfully leading three bands to huge success, including four North American Championship titles and a World Championship title in 2018.
